“As is" indicates that we are accepted in our current condition, with inherent and sometimes irreparable flaws. Born in North Dakota, and schooled in Washington State, I have lived in and loved Arizona since 2004. There was that bit of time in Texas too...you'll read all about that in my book by the same title. Always striving for self-improvement and acceptance, I now choose to live a healthy and fulfilling life, sharing my personal journey and helping you along yours. Finding wellness is more than being free from illness. We each have a unique path that helps us change and grow towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle. I am here to be your guide.
Absolutely! I teach in local studios, I instruct in the great outdoors and I am available for groups, special events, and private sessions. Check my Upcoming Classes page and calendar to see when you can join me, or contact me to set up a specialized session.
Yes! I have experience in helping people reach their goals. Whether you'd like to improve your nutrition, create new habits, increase your positive self-talk, or find more peace in your days, I can help you with little steps to incorporate and build upon for lasting change.
I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree in teaching, and have instructed countless people (especially youth) over the last few decades in a myriad of topics. I started teaching group fitness classes in 2013. I am certified as a Real Ryder Indoor Cycling (spinning) instructor, POP Pilates Instructor, and have received my 200 RYT (200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher) Certification as well. I have completed three certifications with Balanced Body Pilates (almost 50 hours of Instructor Training for Mat and Reformer Pilates). There's that school of life situation too...and I always find that there is no single teacher. We all are teachers. I learn from you as you learn from me. Namaste.
