Post-natal Mat Pilates Class at Midwives & Wellness Collective in Prescott. Focusing on strength and alignment, this course will be offered for 6 weeks on Tuesdays, 9-10am.
Bring your baby (limit one child under 3 years per Mom) and learn to lift, bend and twist with engagement and integrity.
